bomb under his seat

smash all his windows, slash all 4 tires and beat the shit out of the car with a fucking sledge hammer

steal his car and run him over
 
if you had enough time, i would loosen every nut on the rims, to the pot where you just leave them harly on, then put the tires on the very edge of the bolts, then once he moves the tires will fall off
 
There are usually 2 filters in a car, one right out of the tank and a smaller, more refined filter in the line running up to the engine. It is not chemically possible for sugar to dissolve into gas or any type of fuel, so it sits on the bottom of the tank like any other sediment would. It will not seize up an engine. Not to be a dick, but you know nothing about cars.
 
And the majority of these ideas will get you into serious trouble, I would just slash a tire as he did to you if you really want to. Anything else/more expensive he would probably take you to court or you could get in trouble with the cops. Just sayin
 
If you took out the fuel filters and gas pump, put the tank directly over the engine and had a straight hose running down to it, then maybe it's possible. Otherwise, I'm almost positive not. Where did you see or hear about this?
 
Nah just thought it was dumb to point out that doing something illegal is illegal. It happened to a friends car at my highschool
