Revelstoke Park?

I know this is probably a troll, but I'll bite.

Why the fuck would you base your decision to go to Revelstoke on park? Park is the last thing you'd want to ski there unless there's miserable conditions.

Or if you only have a tiny ass pair of skis with dulled out edges and will get stuck and or hurt yourself trying to ski the mountain.

actually the park isn't bad. Looks like the pushed 4 jumps recently with the bottom air looking pretty fun at about 25 ft. Don't know why people are railing op. Nothing wrong with wanting to ski a little park is the conditions arn't great. They are though...

If that were true, then travelling from New Zealand (or really anywhere) doesn't seem all that worth it...

No, there's nothing wrong with that. But the fact that he says he lives in NZ and is basing this kind of decision on a park at a place like Revy is kind of strange to me.
 
Hey ill be up next week and i was wondering if anyone knew about the tiny hike park at the bottom. Last year you could ski pow all day, then when the lifts closed at like 3 you could hike the little rail and box line at the bottom by the parking lot.

The moved to a full park under the chair this season. No more hikapark this winter.
