Reusing bindings for different width skis

This might be a dumb question; I don't know enough about bindings. I have a pair of 88cm skis I want to mount with an old pair of attacks I have, but the attacks have a brake width of 110 MM, which is way too big for the ski. Can I just buy new skinny brakes and use these bindings or do the sizes change other things than the brake (Heel piece, etc), meaning I can't use them on these new sticks?

You should do a little more research but I believe that you should just be able to just slap some new brakes on and they will be ready to go. You can buy brakes for the attacks at most big outdoor/snowsport joints.

Not sure of the compatibility between older attack bindings and newer brake sets tho

Ask the shop that your mounting at if they have skinnier breaks compatable with your bindings. Make sure you let them know its for older attacks just in case the design for the breaks changed, I know nothing about attacks so cant confirm.

But seriously just call the shop
