What are your experiences when you first return to skiing after knee surgery? Are you able to ski as well? I never had much fear before, but now I am so scared of getting hurt. Getting over this new fear is going to be hard, anyone else have the same feeling? I am moving back to oregon next week and im stopping at hood, thinking of doing some riding, wish me luck :)

This past season, I had a knee injury as well. I couldn’t walk, I needed crutches for 3 weeks. I went back skiing a month after the crash. Just take it easy and built your confidence up.

well then come visit me, oh my rules must be made clear : no lube allowed, no cum dodging and most of all no condoms and we must perform ass to mouth several times throughout the session.

Thanks,

i love 12 year olds, theyre so tasty and fresh, nice tight pink twats ready to plow open with my meat stick............oh wait your talking about 12 year fags on this site, oops - Lateralis

thats nothing, try calling the teachers nephew a retard so she freaks out and shoves a meter stick up your ass and tells you to jump up and down on it, towards the end of the year i would call her nephew a retard everyday just so i could bounce up and down on a meter stick, the other classmates even paid to take off my clothes while i did it - Lateralis

If I was a fat black chick, id live in a zoo- Lateralis

I almost broke my penis once, i fell down my gfs stairs naked and with a boner, i was never so scared in my life - Lateralis

Yah coming back after an injury has to be one of the hardest things ever...in any sport.

better to burn out...

...then fade away

pour half a 26 of rye in your hydration pak, fill the rest with Dr. Pepper. your pain and fear will be gone.

Building blocks, take it step by step. the mental game is the hardest, but you'll get over it so long as you have been rehabing and keeping on the healing. I have gone through a similar experince four years ago. Broke my whole face, eyesockets, cheeks, jaw, all that shit. But I did go skiing seven weeks later:) Half blind, but it was still skiing! Good luck!

yah def take it easy at first cause your body is usually the first to heal, it takes a while to get back the confidence and skiing is 60% confidence

right. 60% confidence. the secret behind tanner hall's sucsess is that he took self confidence courses at the YMCA when he was younger.

Hell NO. Skiing is way more physical than you're letting on. Sorry to disagree Ryan, I've seen the Pics and know where you're comming from, but knee injuries are way different.

I blew out the ACL, MCL, and PCL in my left knee then used my patella tendon to repair it all. I then, one year later, blew out my ACL and MCL in my right leg and used my hamstring to repair them. It'll take years to get back up to speed unless you have unlimeted time to work out and rehab your leg (you know, like a pro athlete) for normal people juggling school, work, and regular life it'll take a lot of hard work, you can certanly head back onto snow and ski but you won't be able to ski hard for a while. Or at least you shouldn't. The most important things will be for you to stretch all the time, work out a lot (focus on hamstrings, your quads will already be strong) and wear knee braces.

I'm back and ski 50-100 days a year, depending on work, but you need to be dedicated to a stretching plan and a work out plan or else you'll just break your self off again just like I did...

i tore my ACL and had surgery...nothing like^^^^

but ya im scared too
