You can't get arrested just solely for skating, its all about where you are. Don't be retarded in the first place, or be an ass to them, and you're set. Most of the videos you see of skaters getting hassled involves security guards and not cops, simply cause cops know damn well its not a crime and have better stuff to deal with than a bunch of 13 year olds
