Alright, so. This is how my night went down

Me and a couple of my friends decided to go to a restaraunt today. You know, we order kababs and we are all eating, and everything is going great. then the owner decide to show me a trick, so being me i decided 'okay, this guy seems legit.' So he pulls out this big effin sword and a cutting board and says 'i bet you can't cut through a tooth pick' so i swung that sucker on it and snaped it in half.

So far so good. He blindfolds me and says 'if you can cut through THIS tooth pick I'll buy your dinner. SO i'm thinking alright, sounds good. But then he has me remove my shoe, one of my socks and i put my foot in a bowl of water. I though it was to make it harder. Cool, so i swing 3 times and then he says i cut it in half, so i go and put on my shoe and wouldnt you know it? the basterd made me cut my own sock....so now I have to buy a new pair of socks
 
Yeah no kidding, I wasn't even that mad really. Just kinda like 'are you serious? You just made me cut my sock in half'. and they didn't even give me a discount :( and wouldnt ya know as soon as i asked they were all 'we don't understand you abbi' haha. But, yeah I'm in turkey right now so alot of randomness happens
 
yeah man no worries, i was kinda asking for it by volunteering and they pulled one on me, sa'll good :) so if you guys ever want to punk your friends you could do that I suppose lol
 
you're in turkey?

i heard that sock cutting trick is to ensure that there is a good harvest by the next moon. the catch is it has to be done by a foreigner or it won't work.
