honestly just drive up to mount snow. its just barley in vermont. Ive made that day trip countless times this year. a little under three hours from the absolute bottom of connecticut. depending on where you live, its probably worth the trip. did it this past friday and probably doing it again this upcoming friday.

honestly have no reason to hate. just fucking dont like it there

for night skiing you cant beat it though. its close to albany area and they do a great job with their trails for night skiing. yea the park is garbage but its fun for something to do at night. the current trend in the NE for park is to just have one to check the box on the RFP and not really invest in them. Its definitely happening at jiminy AND stratton.

eh im from connecticut so pretty much any hill already has night skiing anyway. now that they are all closed at this point im not gonna drive 2 hours to jiminy when i can take the extra hour and hit up mount snow or stratton for a day instead.

Yea man. i hear ya. i wouldnt ski jiminy at the day anyways and do exactly what you just said. But for us around Albany, NY Jiminy really does a good job with their snowmaking, grooming and the lit terrain at night can be fun for a few hours after work. And if you know where to go and dont mind bushwacking a lil, there are great mountain bike runs you can ski in the woods
