I am going out west next year and I've skied the east coast my entire life so I'm not familiar with any of the resorts - only with names. I have never skied a bowl or cliffs and really want to but I love the park so which resort has the best of both worlds?

Mammoth CA, Whistler BC, and then SLC area cus you have Park City/Canyons/Brighton for park and Alta/Snowbird/Solitude for pow and Snowbasin and Powder mountain are only like an hour away.

^^^^ too bad breck has super short runs. but not a bad place though. never liked the trees in breck, but just a personal opinion. but peak 10 is pretty good.

gonna have to go with whistler, just think about it
although europe is pretty good, espace killy has very good terrain and pretty good parks : swatch snow park and oakley val park

you want whistler/blackcomb. has world class everything, no where else in the world comes close to their combination.

in the states, i would go with SLC. Get a PC and a Alta/snowbird pass and that would be the best combo in the states. After that, i would go with mammoth, then north shore of tahoe(northstar, and squaw/alpine).

Everything else is heavily lacking in one department.

dont go by me cause i havent really been everywhere out west but the best was definetly vail. northwoods baby!!

telluride. except the park is pretty small. good features. just small... but the mountain is unreal
