well what are you interested in? politics? economics? history? science? languages? philosophy? religion? there are a million topics out there. ask ns to just blindly fire away with random ideas seems like a waste of time.

discuss how although we may have done Native Americans a grave wrong by stealing their land, pillaging their long houses, and raping their women, giving them free handouts is only doing them harm. You can use things like unemployment, drinking/drug problems, etc. to prove your point. You can also connect this to other people, such as African Americans, who have gone from a similar state in the past to more of a thriving people, i.e. barack obama.
