obviously there's a large amount of important older classics (idea, mutiny, etc) but in terms of more recent movies, I would personally recommend Eat the Guts, Interpretation, and Magma if I was trying to get someone excited about getting into skiing.

Despite being an obscure Russian ski brand, this is still one of my favorite edits of all time:

The Grand Bizarre is probably my favorite full length film. I would say its the peak of that second generation for Poor Boyz.
