first off, i am not simply spouting party principals. im not a card carrying republican, im actually probably father right then most republicans / conservatives. however i also share many liberal tendencies, such as pot should be legal, gay people should be afforded the same legal rights as straight couples, you get the idea. let me rephrase that, its not so much that they are liberal or conservative polices, rather they are rational policies.
second, someone who works for the benefit of others is that person, or persons, is their slave. you can be a slave to a king / ruler. you can also be a slave to the group / tribe. but make no mistake, whether you are working for the benefit of the king, or the group, you are their slave.
lets digest what you are saying, man has a right to his things. but be careful, man is not automatically given a right to "things" rather he has a right to take the actions necessary to accumulate the things it takes for him to survive. you dont have a right to food, but you do have a right to take the actions (within the law) to provide food for yourself, your family, and whomever you deem worthy of the effort it took you to produce that food.
rights are a moral sanction of a positive, and my rights impose no negative on you. my rights do not lay claim to your work. because if i did lay claim to your work, then your rights would be violated. because we both have the right to sustain ourselves, and prosper (if we so choose)
the man that produces for the purpose of others to dispose, is their slave. i dont produce for others to redistribute, and give as charity, i produce for myself.
ill end this with a brief couple sentence explanation why healthcare is not a right. the reason healthcare is not a right is because by claiming it as a right, you make the doctors, nurses, whomever, your slave. you do NOT have a right to other peoples work. you are free to trade your best for their best, but you dont trade your worst for their best.
"No man can have a right to impose an unchosen obligation, an unrewarded duty or an involuntary servitude on another man. There can be no such thing as “the right to enslave.”"
but there i go not thinking for myself and obviously am just repeating what i hear on fox news.
