it would be sweet if we got a bunch of people to take a picture of themselves holding up some sort of NS logo. and like 70% would have a white background, and like 30% would have a black background. and then we could make a collage of all the photos, and the white ones would go around the outside of the flag, and the black ones would make up a big NS symbol.

Updated with a lens and I put the ski and pole behind it all. I also fixed the anchors of the bandanna on the right side, they were a little too pointy last time. I don't know why the gradients look bad either.

And I've always liked blue, needs some working out though. I was trying to keep it black and white because the original was based on the jolly roger. Note that it would be on a rectangle as the flag, which is not shown here. The goggle gradient could be nicer too.
