Replacing Bindings

Ok, so my friend gave me a pair of his old powder skis, no bindings, they were mounted with Look p18's. We have really close boot sole lengths, within 10mm, and boot sizes. Can I mount another pair of look bindings in the same holes, or do I have to completely remount them?
 
P18 heel pattern is different to PX (completely different, nowhere near each other). Remount the toe in the old holes and redrill for the heel, as long as the mounting position is OK for you.

Let your shop guys figure it out, that's their job.
