Renting in Whistler

Alright, I know that alot of people on here live in whistler or go there for a couple weeks. So I was wondering is renting in whistler really expensive. Like what can you get for approx. $600-$800 a month. Also how easy is it to find a house in whistler. I'm not talking about those places you rent by the day, or week. Like an unfurnished basement or apartment or something.

 
yeah, and whats up w/ the employee housing projects. how do i go about living there?

Finding a place in whistler is easy if u have money, finding a place u will actually like living in whistler, is the problem.

Thats 4 1 person, but if u pooled together with a few friends, then it would only cost much less.

say rent was $1500 for a twobedroom and u split it 5 ways, then your rent would only b $300 a person, c what im saying>?

if u want to stay in in employye residence go to www.blackcomb.com and they have the rates on housing in there its pretty cheap
