Removing the wisdoms strap?

I don't want to break these, so can someone please tell me pretty quick? thanks

you just gotta wiggle it out, took me like 15 minutes

^^^yes. just twist a little while pulling. i found it's best to twist less than pull. when you get it out, you'll find there is a little hook on the goggle strap that goes under the frame.

say this is the piece at the end of the goggle strap... it's basicly a little rod with a hook on the end.

yeah just twist it back and forth a million times and pull simultaniously...one side of mine popped out easily the other one took a couple hours
