Removing Salomon STH 13 bindings

Hey I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I am a tad weak with the newschoolers game. Anyways, I was trying to remove my Salomon STH 13 bindings and I got the toe piece off no problem, but couldn't figure out how to get the heel piece off. I did some googling on the subject to no avail. Let me know if you have taken them off before or have any suggestions! Thanks!

1. Remove the two screws on either at the back of the heel piece.

2. Remove the screw holding the brakes on.

3. Remove the two screws under the brakes.

That is the old sth.

Go the new one you slide te heel off the track using the forward pressure adjuster. Once the heel is off there are four screws in the plate you need to remove.

Was there a trick to sliding off the track, because at a certain point it seems I cannot adjust the forward pressure back any further. Sliding it off the track this way was my first inclination as well.
