So trying to figure out how to remove the toe piece on Griffon/Jestors? Does that front black trim have to be removed first somehow? Got the heels off easy but unsure about the toe. Thanks.
Haha, I had the same problem...remove the first two visible screws (next to the AFD), then pull the toe piece backwards (like slide it towards the heel piece) and you'll see the screw for the black cap.
