Reminder: Ski Switch More

not just park. we’ve finally hit an era that the gradient of “all mountain ski” and “twin tip” are synonymous. i see so many -3 mounted, sexy tail rockers that aren’t used correctly, I wonder why manufacturers bother putting real wood in the back third.

we didn’t learn to haul ass switch to do a 180 window shutter. eric pollard did not walk so we could run. he skied switch so we could ski switch worse. so do it, fellow new schooler. hit your season max backwards, traverse like a backing up dump truck and go “beep beep” through the lift lines. santa’s watching.

good takeoff sketch landing: hit it switch, land it forward

sketch takeoff good landing: land it switch

good takeoff good landing: zero spin it

if your last name is Wells, regardless of terrain: zero spin it

if you haven't skied switch yet this year: just go buy some Blizzards or some other dad ski

thank you for your consideration

10/10 quote. It really fucks me up that he was skiing switch better at its inception than most pros do today

Got talked to by ski patrol in NH this past weekend for skiing switch down a green. “You were putting others in danger” Later that day I was skiing switch again and passed this little girl. She just stared at me going by and slammed into a snow maker. LOOK WHERE YOUR GOING, NOT AT ME!! Guess ski patrol was right…

I think I've hit more cliffs backwards this year then I have going forwards. Here's my best one so far

This. I've just started taking blacks confidently and going into the park, yet I'm still focusing hard on learning switch. Coming from an inline background, where skating "fakie" is so prioritized, it would seem silly not to. It's almost a meme in blading that a trick doesn't count if you don't 180 out and land fakie lmao. Seems p essential for a freestyle skier

I would kill to have that sort of confidence with zero spins

This was one of the goals this season and its been fairly successful so far. Im starting to get a bit better feel of my edges skiing switch and can hit most features switch now. landing switch with feet tight has been the big goal

I'm still a beginner skiing switch, not quite to the point of keeping em parallel through the turn. But I've committed myself to ski two full runs switch everyday. It's been helping me get more comfy looking over my right shoulder better

ski patrol stopped me skiing switch down a groomer once because i was “reckless”, there was nobody even around me.

I don’t think I’ve ever mountain a ski less than -3cm to be honest

Guys you don’t need a fucking center mount to ski switch center mounts are stupid on literally 99% of skis

Shhh. Just wait till they find out full tilts don’t even matter for park skiing!
