I remembered it the other week, its at least three and four years old and its basically i think in a trailer and a guy skied a puddle-slide on to a rainbow rail that the puddle went to. Help much appreciated.

great, sounds about right...anyone know where a clip can be found...ive tried looking and forget where i originally saw it.

can i jsut say wow look at that video and it really gives you an idea of how much our sport has progressed. like that video there's virtually no style to anything 540+ and the rails like no1 was doing 270 off even it seemed

agreed, life has changed....for the better or for worse? back starting out people seemed to do it for fun, and looked like they always just chilling...now of course everyone is so focused on becoming the next dumont olson wallisch...which is not bad whatsoever but just some are forgetting to enjoy the experience....but yes style has driven up tremendously....although bigger spins can be left for another debate

ahh the good old days of ski movie 1-3, freeze magazine, and brad holmes haha... i remember seeing those urbans and being super impressed. looking back now its wild to think that the hands up around the head pencil steeze was ever considered "stylie".

yeah, that vid is like a inofficial edit of a few old matchstick movies, i have it somewhere too.

but i have to say, that some of these shots would still be in todays vids, that backcountry hup 540 (i think its julien or jp) is still usable. crs off-axis 900 scared the hell out of me when i saw it the first time, i remember, and its still nice

hahaha yea but today's pencil steeze is more like a fine ball point pen steeze... smooth, elegant, and refined rather than rough and ugly
