We don't have any idea what the cops may have said before the start of the vid though in addition to the fact that as they try to roll him over gently he starts resisting that and that is resisting arrest.

And considering the yelling and the fact that they are at a gas station I would say he may have been standing outside asking for money to fill up his car or something and the manager may have complained.
 
Just sayin maybe you should look up the definition of Habeas Corpus. It does NOT say anything about telling the detained individual about why he or she is being detained. With that said they police officer(s) has every right to arrest and book you without you knowing why.
Also insulting police is the dumbest thing a person can do. most people do it when they dont need them, but when you do need them they are the greatest people in the world... STOP being a hypocrite it makes you look bad

Im not trying to sound like a lawyer at all I just know enough to not get myself fucked. Whats not to know about whats "going on" exactly?
 
I'm not sure about your experience with cops, but a lot of them are power hungry assholes. I got my head slammed into the side of a cruiser for stating my rights to an officer. (If you must know the story look at my created threads, not saying it again.) If I meet a chill cop, it might change my opinion, but for now I'm sticking with the good ol' 'fuck the police.'
 
I wish you wouldn't because I was smoking hookah that yes had weed in it with some friends and was tipsy at the time and there were some cops that came up and just said to be safe and that if we needed anything to call him directly and gave us his cell number.
 
Ive had horrible experiences with police, but ive also had very good experiences with them. Yes some are power hungry but the majority are normal people that if one shows respect to them they show respect also.
 
Haven't gotten in trouble and I had a beer with him when he was off duty at the bar a couple days ago so most likely not, at least, I hope not.
 
that kid is the man. i'm sure he was totally fucked on acid or something which made him feel none of the tazer but he totally rocked those cops. He kept his head on and booked it so good for him. If anyone can run away after being tazed by two cops then rock on. It's not like he was being malicious or belligerent.
