now this shit is amazing. im not trying to sound all fairy or anything. but the pianos are fantastic to sleep to. im a kid who will end up passing out in a chair because i can't eveer get to sleep. but this shit, oh yea, this shit is where it's at. so goto kazaa lite or your other downloading agents and search for 'relaxing instrumentals' they're quite nice

My signature sucks.
 
I just stick in one of my classical CDs, or set my radio on a classical station and have it go for an hour (it shuts off on its own after an hour).

ben harper is relaxing to me. especially considering i used to listen to black metal mostly. althought i have changed a lot recently.

ya i used to be up till like 4 in the mornin trying to sleep then i tried thir like rain sounds thats really realixin but nw im up till 2 or 3 in the mornin already so i dont need it

 
i have this window fan...and even though it makes my room really cold in the winter and on colder days, i have to have it on if I want sleep.
