Does anyone every go through some problems with basic things such as jumping? I used to kill it (by my standards) with smooth spins and clean grabs in 5s and 7s and now whenever i do a simple 360 i get all corked and shit and cant even do a safety grab. Its not that I am not popping because I am jumping out of my boots. What is going on here.

 
maybe you grew like 1 foot so now your not used to your body, like on king of the hill when joseph couldnt ride his bike and he started crying... what a fag
 
yea do something else... dont think about the specific trick to much, then come back and stomp it..if your getting corked on 3s but you can 5 and 7, then you might be trying to spin to fast.. remember just to float it
 
i know whats going on, i know, just take a brake thats all, take a week or maybe even 10 days without skiing and it will be easier
 
Regression happens. After a while you start to learn new tricks and it mess's up your current stomping ones, since the movements are different and you get accustomed to that feel. If you wan the trick back start from the bottom up to get it back, Like if it was a 7 maybe start with just a 180 the 3 the 5 the 7. Adding your grab when you feel it.

Anyone who says ski more, WRONG. These things happen when the bag gets to full .
