In the Boulder,CO area I think the biggest food fad is eating paleo, and then the biggest social fad is telling people you eat paleo. Also, anything that is a microbrew.

However, to be completely honest I would say.. Chipotle? Never heard of it until I moved here! Also, pork green chili.

culver's deep fried cheese curds are literally the best thing they have...besides pumpkin pie concrete mixers. which reminds me i need to get one of those eventually
