I love how someone lists goldfinger as a ska band after someone else says multiple times that they are not (truthfully, they really are not).

Skarmy of Darkness (local but they have mp3s)(never heard them, probably suck)

Reel Big Fish (come on, bottom of the barrel here. like calling blink182 punk)

Goldfinger (ok, fuck it. i give up. its too damn easy)

LineSkiEastCoast, the only problem with the bands you listed (I like most of them) is that they are not ska. Ska is reggae with horns and only that, NO guitars! Most of the bands you listed are punk/ska. In other words Punk bands with horns and usually some reggae influnce. But like Goldfinger uses guitars more then any other insterment, in alot of their songs they don't even have horns, so they would not be ska.

line 1260, the bands you are listing are definately SWEET, and i guess your into street punk and REAL ska (i can see from your other posts) but you dont need to put down other bands like lagwagon (seen in different post)and less than jake and goldfinger (even though they are not true ska) this is no offense to you or anything though, just saying

i asked what bands to check out, and you gave me some good ones, but while doing that you dont need to put down other bands that i think also kick ass and say that no one on this forum knows anything about music so dont listen to them

 
SELAH....they really dont leave the Carolinas but they are well worth checking out if you are down SOUTH
