Refresh shipping

Hopefully this lawsuit doesn't affect the shipping of the movie. It was the dopest ski movie I've seen in my life. It would suck if we never got to see it again.
 
Im sure you guys cant wait to see the movie, as I do. I cant wait to put it on replay for the month to come. But give it some times, Im sure berman has alot going on his head right now with the lawsuit and everything. He said they would ship end of sept when they come in so just be patient kid!
 
i think the OP might have been asking if refresh will ship at all. you know, because of the pending shitfest with WME
 
Or if the fact that legal action is pending - all shipping has to be suspended...

What worries me is the Line Anthem Graphic case, when they had to pull the sale of the ski for the whole season..... it's a BIG WORRY!

 
if wme prevents l1 from shipping, ima take one for the team and suicide bomb their shit. after seeing refresh last night, that shit is SURE to be playin in heaven for me and my 72 virgins.

I don't think so, the OP was posted before the news broke. Berman himself didn't know till the 21st. We are all wondering now if it will ship or not, hopefully it does, but I think the OP was just generally asking.
 
ok, i didn't check the date.
i can't imagine what berman must be going though right now. is it just me or does this whole thing kinda feel like a bad dream?
 
Yeah for sure..I feel like its all a big joke but its not April 1st. Legal shit takes soo fucking long to work out. I hate to be a downer, but most people are expecting the movie to ship by at least early October and theres not even a court date set yet. Also, with what happened with the Anthems 2 years back, its not a good sign. Obviously all we can do is just hope for the best....
 
exactly why they should ship it as soon as possible (again, unless they've been told not too). What is WME going to do, go to each house and take every copy of Refresh away, and if they ship it then everyone will be able to see it. I don't want to cause trouble for L1P, so if they've been told by anyone to not to ship it, don't, but if they haven't totally ship it.
 
Hmmm I guess you're right. In that case hopefully they ship ASAP before a court date is set or before WME makes any more requests towards Level One such as requesting suspension of shipping on the movie until the case is settled. Thatd be sick if they got them sent out before the court date b/c by that time most of the premieres will be over and everybody will have their own copy of Refresh. haha FUCK YOU WME!!!
 
yah we all just need to wait out the storm. this is all complete bullshit, but we need to stand up for level 1, and the only way is to buy up the store and boycott ALL of the supporters of WME.
 
I ordered the 10 Pack with no hesitation - even if my $112 (awesome price) just goes to helping Josh out then I'm happy. Screw WME - sending stupid reply-in-a-can messages. Josh actually took time out to send me a personal email. That is true character!
 
yes but if the court finds out they rushed shipping for that purpose it wont look good. not to mention hed probably have to give WME whatever he made off it..
