Reflektor - Arcade Fire hype

Just picked up my CD.

Nice book, but I hate when the slits are on the outside like that, the discs are always falling out.

Listening again, gets better every time.
 
So damn good. I was worried cause i read some bad reviews but it was amazing one of my favorite albums in a long time. Glad James Murphy is making music again, that man is a genius.
 
super stoked on it, and glad that they had the guts to experiment and change their sound a bit instead of just making a new suburbs

Not a huge fan of their music but their marketing and video/web interactivity is among the best in the music industry - which is why their going to sell over a million copies instead of 100,000.

Damnit. They're going to be in the town next to my hometown (Bridgeport) but I'll still be in Burlington...Guess I'll have to go to the Brooklyn show instead.
 
loved the album, a weird amount of funk in it that i was not totally prepared for, could of sworn i was in the 70s a few times. we exist (the second one) its never over, afterlife, you already know and joan of ark are by far the highlights of this album for me
 
I've never seen a show at the pepsi center but I feel like there are way better venues they could have chosen.
 
I hate that Arcade Fire pulled a Strokes by releasing this shitty album, now if I see them live they'll focus on all their new shit instead of their old gems
 
I actually really like the new Strokes album, I mean Is This It is legendary but Comedown is pretty awesome too.

Hope AF plays plenty of Funeral still

But why is it at pepsi center. red rocks it like 80000000 times a better venue.

I changed my mind I really like the new album. And the video the released in November for Afterlife is really good also.
