I am having all of the same issues and sent an email to Plehouse (Charles is super nice)...I have their response below if anyone needs to contact VAS. Obviously do not exploit this situation, but rather suport them because they are there for us!!

'Hi Gabe,

You must of had a Bad DVD from the first batch we did. If I was you I would try to send it back directly to VAS entertainment. The shop you bought it from probably got their dvd's early in the season.

Mines all fucked up in the Phil Dion part and it skips around and gets all messed up. Its so bad now that the skipping causes it to skip the whole section.

mine doesnt even play in my dvd player, only on my laptop...im 2 lazy to send it back tho i watch it alot lol

 
in dion's seg it will sometimes skip on my DVD player
