in december I spent a week and a half in the hospital with a broken back, shoulder blade, 3 ribs and pneumothorax after I fucked up a backie. I missed the majority of my season and never really skied the same and was scared to go upside down. However yesterday, I finally got the balls to throw one and stomped it first try.

Haha all jokes though. That’s damn impressive you sacked up and did it still. Pretty damn fast recovery time too. I tried a backie once and landed on my neck, fractured a couple vertebrae. There’s no way my ass will ever try another one lol.
 
Props, it's terrifying to step back up after an accident like that. Hopefully the redemption will give you the confidence to ski more how you were before the crash!

Hey man. That’s awesome but you’re really going to want to work on your pop. You’re hucking the flip before you get off the lip of the jump.

With a smoother pop, the trick will flow a lot better and ultimately be safer and allow you to take it to bigger features ??
