Redbox now has video games

Well 1 i dont rent movies but i suppose it'd be because they have all my information thus can track me. But that just looks like a vending machine which don't know shit bout me

yeah when u rent the movie/game you have to use a credit card and type in your email address. Then if you don't return it they charge you a fee of lile 25 for dvds, 40 for blue rays, and 50 for games now

now that i think about it youre right, 2 bucks a day is kinda expensive. lile if u rent a movie for 1 dollar a day you just watch it and return it, but people wanna keep games for at least a few days. good point

yeah i mean 2 bucks a day isnt terrific but there are not rental places around me, and im not about to sign up for gamefly when the only games i play are shooters and skate, so i think it's good news

I guess it all depends on what kind of game or how hardcore a gamer you are. Like some people beat campaigns in one sitting or at least a day or two. If you're gaming like that it's probably a really good deal. I would just want to play on live too. Maybe I'm just not the renting kind of guy.

rent game for one daydownload game on hard drive return gameplay as much as you want...profit???

Thats not how it works... you download it to your hard drive and it makes it run faster and such. The video game market would drop if every xbox was able to download games to its harddrive with out buying them. YES i do know that you can tamper with your xbox and make it do that haha.

Even if you download the game on your hard drive I think you still have to have the disc in the tray for it to play.

this is true.

but say you just got a new game and someone bumped your xbox while it was in and it got one of those circles and no longer works, you could rent a working one, upload it to your hard drive then use the old circular scratched disk to play it off the hard drive
