Powder99: The legend pro models are handbuilt in Dynastar's race factory. According to the rep, they're a full racestock construction ski, but fat. And, of course, limited distribution to keep the price high. I think that accounts for most, if not all of the high price.

Thanks for coming out guys...we packed the house and dished out a brand new pair of Dynastar Legends...and guess what...we are doing it again next sunday with another pair of legends...and every sunday for the rest of the year at that...
