Red Mountain Road Trip

So first off: i know that the red mountain comps are the 12-13th weekend and the 19th-20th one in january

Secondly: its a fucking big trip from golden to rossland

so, my family and annica(purplejumpsuit, shes living with me), were planning a road trip, go drive down towards cranbrook, up to nelson(stay at graemes quite possibly,ski whitewater, then go to rossland, ski that, do the comps, then go to kaslo, stay, then go to revelstoke, ski that and make the final daring trip back to golden.

so how long do you thing this drive will take? were saying a week(leave wedensday to wedensday)

umm slight problem, only possibly slight.. might be an issue with your parents.

the silver star comp, ( that I am going to.. I dont care if I have to bus to it myself) is on the 5th and 6th I think, not sure cuz the site is down and I cant check. Would that be alright with your parents if as soon as I got back from that we would be off on this trip? Because I really really dont want to miss the silverstar comp....

you have to be at red for the 11th

cause we have registration and i guess some run inspection to do

and a mandatory meeting in the evening

annica is a mogul skier, thats why she wants to go

im not really a moguls skier... its a BC freestyle seires comp, for the freestyle teams, moguls, halfpipe, big air, airiels, more then just moguls mason.

id die if it was just moguls.... gahh that would be hell

im not renting a house there for a trip consisting of three days, i'll just stay in a hotel or something and be hcore

but yeah partying is a go! too bad legal drinking age there is 19

there will also be the girls day out by rossignol going on at red the same weekend as the comp, you can read about it on biglines. they'll be at kicking horse jan 26th and 27th i think

this really only applies to girls...
 
all this talk of partying and bullshit is getting me quite excited! but you MUST make the pilgrimage to red for the comps because there are oh so many sexy people here.
 
im probabaly the least organized person there is.

I propose you invite me to any partying that will be going down. I'll be moving to Red around the 7th and would love to meet and party with some new peeps! Not to mention I'll have my own place which will be filled with booze and other illicit substances. Yipppppy
