red bull is not from bull seamen, the amino acid taurine was first discovered in it though.  it is a naturaly occuring amino acid that in times of stress of tiredness, it is depleated.  Red Bull is a formula made for a person who is 150 pounds, so in reallity you should only drink 1 can or a bit more to get the effects of it.  also it only has as much caffine as a cup of coffee.  Also Red Bull is NOT something you should drink if you are thirsty.  many people drink red bull when they shouldn't.  it WILL dehidrate you, and this whole it makes you die, isn't true.  typicly it is something else that leads to the person dying, and Red Bull isn't a direct corilation to the death.  I personaly drink a lot of Red Bull, but i also drink TONS of water, cause most people are dehidrated all the time, so EVERYBODY should drink more water.
but all in all Red Bull should only be had when you need one, and not just to have one.  if you drink one whe you need it you will notice the effects, but if you have no need for the taurine, you won't really feel the actual effecst that Red Bull is intended for.
