Red Bull Stratos put on hold :(

Hey guys, I did a quick search and nothing came up about this. Apparently the Red Bull stratos is being put on hold until a lawsuit is resolved. How can someone even sue them for this? Im upset thats for sure.

anyone know what's up with this these days? I found this statement from 5 months ago that they resolved the legal dispute, but nothing at all since then.
