he probley gets paid alot to have the logo on his skis, just like dumont and the target logo on his skis
 
i know that, but hes sponcered by target, and where lots of target decals on his skis, os the pay him a millon a year.
 
Try this:

Grab a can of base cleaner, clean your base with it. Dry the base with a hair dryer for 2 mins. take your favorite sticker, stick it on the base. Take some good ski wax and put a good coat over. make sure the base is not lacking wax ever or the sticker will wear off..

 
wax doesn't stay on the ski base artard, it gets aborbed into the pores and is almost gone off the base in a run or two
 
Dude, if you dont scrape the wax around the sticker, you will be set.

You can also do a research and look for pictures of Phil Poirier on Line skis. between salomon and rossi, at WSI, he took the skis, and did that with a black sticker to cover the N on the base, so he was on LIE skis :-)
 
but thats not how the redbull ones are done. don't you think that if redbull really wanted to make it look professional they wouldnt use a sticker covered by a layer of wax.
 
It's a really good spot for advertisement, you always see the bottom of someones skis whether in the air or for example the pic at the top of the thread. Its a smart idea to put additional adds on the bottom of skis/snowboards for sure, i bet it will get big here soon.
 
red bull bases are on tanner's personal skis only, not "all the pipe-cleaners" or something ridiculous like that

yea there only on tanners^ not every pipe cleaner. pretty sick i think, would like to see companies get more creative in base designs in the future.

why advertise for someone else on your retail skis? And anyone can get a custom base on any ski, it just costs too much for most to care! if Armada doesn't do it,(which they mostlikely would) Tanners skis could just be sent to red bull after they come from armada and red bull changes the base.
 
armada's known to give pros diff graphics. they used to put the t-hall graphic on pipe cleaners. Plus do you really think that Red bull, the company who will not even sell authentic shirts to the public, is going to put their logo on a ski. For years red bulls tried to keep their logo for pros only (helmets for example)
 
Silly kids...maybe it's cause Tanner is one of the founders of Armada, so he could say he wanted a giant cock on the base of his skis and he'd get it. It's not for everyone, only him cause he rides for Redbull.
 
i want to steal tanners skis the red bull bases are sick they'd get hella $$$ on here or id keep them and slay them wherever myself
