Recommend me a 35mm setup

Hey guys, looking for someone to help me find a fun 35mm cam setup with 1 prime lens. Looking for something good that's on the cheaper side. Thanks!
 
I have a Nikon FM + 50 1.8 I'd hook you up with for $85 shipped. Let me know
 
Nikon FM2 or FM3a, so simple. Then some old AI or AIS lenses. 24/2.8, 28/2, 28/2.8, 35/2, any 50 - all excellent and cheap.
 
Canon AE-1 + 50 f1.8

Pentax k1000 + 50 f2/1.7

Pentax ME + 50 f2/1.7

TBH really any 35mm slr with a fast-ish 50 will be a kick as intro to film. Buy something local and cheap (Craigslist/kijiji are good, just do a thorough inspection) or hit up your local camera shop to see if they have a used section. http://keh.com also has a really large selection of 35mm gear.
 
id say a nikon f100 with a new or old 50mm 1.4 lens, should only run you around 250 for a beautiful setup
 
250$ is a LOT if you just want to dabble and see if you like it.

You can get a great setup for 50$ too.
 
i just recently got my first 35mm setup. pentax spotmatic f ($30), helios 44-M ($45) and a supertak 28mm f/3.5 ($60) all on ebay including shipping. I'm having so much fun with it that i'm going to get all of the supplies to develop myself, which looks like itll run about $70.
