Recomended ski for this area

I need new skis and am wondering what you would recomend (I am 5'5 and 130libs)

How good of skier are you? How do you prefer to ski? Agressive? Pie all the time? Steep stuff? Groomers? Park?

Personally, I've always like my skis on the short side. I've been on 164 Line 1260s for like 17 years now, and I love them. They are very soft, so I am going to be getting something a little stiffer this year.

Fujatives are very soft, but as such are very forgiving if you're pretty agressive, but not 100% agressive-abilitied, haha. Public Enemies are a touch stiffer.

Also, where do you ski? Its washington, so we never get much real powder, so you probably won't need a very wide ski, but many fat skis are still fine on groomed runs.

I guess my point is a lot depends on how you want your ski to feel (solid but unforgiving, or more comfortable but more loose), and how you like to ski.

At your stature (don't worry, same as mine except I'm like 5'4" and 120lbs) I would never ski anything bigger than a 175, but maybe thats just me. I feel I have better control on a smaller ski, especially in the crud we ski in washington.

haha, can't answer that question cause i won't be making any for anybody. I've still only made two skis, and they're pretty shitty. I'll try to keep making them, but I've made two in almost a year... its hard to find time.

For $1000 I'll make you a sick pair, haha.

But on a serious note, if you want a K2 ski, message me and let me know. In two weeks time I am going to have a MAJOR surplus of K2 skis (new ones) and will need to sell lots of them. So let me know what you want and I can get it for you pretty cheap.

Not $15 a pair cheap, but cheaper then you'll find them anywhere else. Basically what it boils down to, is I'm not getting paid for my work here with money... I'm getting paid with skis. BUT, I don't need more than two or 3 pairs of skis to myself, I need money for a car. So I'll be selling most of everything I get.

Most will go up on ebay, but if you guys want something I'm sure we can work something out.

how cheap sean? i want to sell my PEs so i can get different skis, but i dont want you going around deflating the value first... unless theyre really cheap, then i might pick up another pair...

Grant you're dumb, you should hold onto as many pairs of skis as you can get cauze you're gonna break them all.

chris explained their "edge-design", dumbest thing I've ever heard. Sounds like they have people who aren't actually engineers doing their engineering. that sucks.
