Recognizing Newschoolers

We all need a way to recognize eachother on the slopes. We should come up with something like red tape on the left goggle, or somthing like that. It would be really cool if everyone on this site would be able to regnize eachother world wide.

Any suggestions of how to do it?
 
just go up to kids on the hill and talk to them. Maybe NS will come up

most kids on the hill are approachable
 
Just find the morons who act like they're trying too hard for other people's approval and end up looking like faggots doing it.
 
ATTENTION NEWSCHOOLERS!!

Everyone wear big one peice ski suits, there will be no question whether or not the skiier in question is a Newschooler
 
But there are plenty of people that haven't heard of newschoolers. I think that the stickers would also be a great way to advertise this site and increase the traffic.

We basically need ideas like stickers, tape, etc, etc...
 
I don't know about you guys, but I usually just wear a nametage so everybody knows who I am. Then it's like "LOL you are on NS too! ROFL!"

uh... isn't like, every kid in the world that's on twins on here? I don't think we really need to steal the Nazi's style and start wearing arm bands to identify one another...
 
hahahhaa, i definatley think stickers are an awesome idea, but ive only seen one ns styicker and a kid on this site had put it on his invaders... i think

Yeah, red tape will be cool, if everyone knows what it means. But if some pee pee face little kid comes along with red tape on his goggles thinking he's "cool" because he saw someone with red tape do a 720 in the park, that isn't the way to go.

I could care less that I see people on the hill that are members of NS. If they can ski, then I like em.. I'm not gonna befriend someone on the slope and hang out with em all day because we have the same internet habbits. ... It's like having a myspace t-shirt on.
 
I think the sticker thing definitly is the way to go. If we all get sticker paper, and print out the ns logo, then we will all have stickers. I really don't think that people will want to buy stickers from the site...
 
everyone should just by the same shit. like everyone wear the same jacket and pant in the same color. Then we all buy the same skis with the same bindings, and same helmet, hell even have everyone have the same gloves......that way everyone would look exactly the same, and it be like, "woah, hes wearing the same thing as me!! hes on newschoolers!!"

yeah, conforming is fun!
 
Making our own stickers wouldn't work, unless we all had sticker making machines. Using 'sticky' paper means that is wouldn't be able to get wet or it would bleed and melt off.

I could make a stencil and post it up. If anyone wants to show me a cool logo/picture that they might want.

It would be easy to just put a file up that everyone can cut out and paint on.
 
yea east cioast jibber has it down... i ahev the bdlt not sure if it will work well on canvas or fabric
 
The best way to customize that type of thing is a stencil. You can't really get a custom sticker online w/o ordering in bulk. I don't think I have 25 places to put a NS sticker (with my name on it).
 
But not all of us have helmets...

And I have to have a plain black helmet as mountain regulation. (Employee dress code)
 
to tell you the truth, I think that something like tape on the goggles would be a lot easier. If everyone put a small peice of red tape on the left side of their goggle, it would be easy, and cost free...
 
tape sounds like the best idea, or you could just throw the b crew sign? I would be up for a ns on my helmet but i cant draw/photoshop worth shit.
 
If we just did something like this, it would be really easy, and get the job done.

it would just be a little peice of electrical tape... besides, it would be weird looking at someones pole to find out if they are on ns.
 
i think that it would be a good idea

maybe we should get shirts that say

"I AM A NEWSCHOOLER!"

some people might think its gay but i like the idea
 
ya i dont like that tape on the goggle idea because after a couple weeks with tape on the same place would leave adhesive on the lens when u took it off
 
you can do that if you want, just don't put red tape on your goggles. it seems a lot easier to just recognize eachother...

I am going to ask Mr.Bishop to make a new thread with the official word, a sticky.
 
i like the simple ideas like tape on the goggles or someting like that. Making a sticker or stencil is never going to be done by everyone, but everyone does have red tape. but really is there ever going to be a conclusion to this??? when there is let me know and i will surely sport it!!!!
