Receiving stuff from online contests

Just asking if I'm the only one who has problems and have to fight to have the stuff I won in a online contet on NS ??

2 month ago me and my buddy won the GFFT video contest. We were supposed to have a pair of skis each and now they don't even answer my emails.

My friend also won the Get real with Sureal video contest ... and he received about the half of what was annouced. I don't know if NS was involved in the distibution of the prizes or just allisports.

I hope someone at allisports will se that and answer me something else than : Be patient we're not ready to send everything ... a month ago

We always give a way a ton of stuff and try and ship it next day.
 
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Alli Sports (who runs the Gatorade Free Flow Tour) is in charge of sending the skis directly to you guys, so we're going to hit them up immediately to see what's up.

And we're also on top of the SonReal situation. There was some kind of mix-up with getting product to Yan from all the various different companies, but we're in the process of rectifying the situation right now.

thanks mr. schmuck. I just got a confirmation from AlliSports on facebook and the skis are supposed to be on their way, finally.

i dont know about the gopro but i won a ns contest a month ago and the prize was swiftly shipped with tracking #. NS has it all under control
 
i have never had a problem receiving stuff but in the saga FB contest in the summer i was positive that i had won with more votes but whatever im pretty over it by now it just sucked at the time
