realy realy need some help

I have started to get my 3's dialed now but the only problem is that I have only done them off small jumps outside of the park. I want to try it off like a 20 footer in the park but since I do them on small jumps I wind up and spin realy hard. I've even over rotated on small jumps and done 450's. I'm afraid if I try to spin off something in the park I'll over rotate and die. Does anyone have any advice on how to slow them down?

i used to huck but now i don't use my arms. just look over your shoulder and spot your land. once your at 360 look straight ahead. im jsut doing switch 3s now and it really helps to just turn your head because you cant huck doing switch it puts you way off balance. message me if you need more help

Don't huck, just turn your head and let your body follow. There's really not much effort involved once you get the hang of it.

yeah, you're problem is probably that you aren't looking with your head. Spot your landing and maybe just carve a little instead of the good ol' huck

'can you read what that says?'

'donna simma?'

'yes, that's right. now how would that appear in a phone book?'

'simma, donna?'

'that's right now Simma down na!'

easiest way to try to describe it....just chill.....think about the technical side of things when your not skiing.....picture it all in your head, the transition, the lip, the takeoff. dont stress, pre-run the jump, see how it feels,

the next time, drop your opposite shoulder a bit, initiate your spin off the lip, and just relaz and FLOAT a spin. dont worry about spinning fast enough to where you end up spinning by the time your still 10 ft. in the air from hitting the landing........

just chill and it'll all come in time
