^you make a good point, we're not given any information about why these people were targeted. having said that, it is sickening how routine it all is. I think its incredibly sad how war turns people into killers. these soldiers aren't the ones to blame, they were given orders to do it, and they had to. think about it, if you knew you had to kill someone, if it was your job to do it, would you be able to go through with it if you thought about who the person was? if you thought of him as having a wife and kids and a family? i hate that the US government has turned so many people into killers.

and yeah, this was just a small clip, none of us know all the information that goes along with it, but yeah, i do agree, it does seem a little routine, but it is a job, and for all you know, those guys may have taken another apache out with an RPG, and the two guys in that chopper were the gunners best friends. but it could just be 2 random guys 'suspected' of doing something.

The guy ran and planted a fucking RPG in the goddamn field. Do you think they did that for nothing? Assuming this is in Iraq or Afghanistan it is a very hostile area. Also we had a helicopter shot down in Iraq a few months back I believe. Most likely from an RPG just like that one that was thrown in the field. They are preventing more US soldiers getting killed. And some of you say 'no remorse' and I will repeat what the individual said above me that you can't have remorse situations like these or the job never gets done.

It seems by the seed of the bullets that the helicopter was within hearing range of the people on the ground, if these guys where famers, and they heard an apache helicopter hovering somewhere, (this was probibly at nightime) I would not be fucking around running places with stuff in my hands.

Look it up on the net since everyone spends so much time on here anyways. Hey kids, ever heard of this crazy thing called war...yeah what alot of people don't know is alot of people die during that shit, and the majority of them aren't soldiers with gun's and uniforms. The biggest problem with guerilla wars like Vietnam and the one in Iraq right now is no one knows who the good guys are and who the bad guys are. The 15 year old kid who waves at you as you drive by in your humvee in the day is the same one who walkes behind a building after you drive by, grabs an RPG and blows you up when you stop your convoy to ration out supplies, or run a checkpoint or something.

There are no good guys in war there are no bad guys in war, it just sucks. That's all there is to it, in the end staying alive and keeping your buddies alive is all that matters.

TO all the kids who are all shocked that the chopper gunner is showing no remorse, you need to think before you talk. If you felt bad gunning down innocent people you would kill yourself your first day in a combat area. Get your heads out of your asses, and to whoever posted this, why don't you post the video of a pregnant Iraqi woman pretending she is going into labor at a checkpoint so that soldiers come to help her and then blowing herself and two other GIs up while injuring numerous others. Where is that video, or does it not have the same impact when the soldiers are doing the dying?

It hurts when soldiers die too...think about it, it might do you some good.
