Really dissapointed (NS store) please read

well i i have been waiting for a while now i i didn't want to but decided that i have to make this thread... so here the story: on august 4th i ordered a gangsta package from the ns store cause i wanted to rep NS here in Chile, i pay for it through paypal and get charged for 45 dollars; after three weeks of not receiveng an email and nothing about the order i start to worry and ask Mousseu and schmuck about it and he tells me that jason just shiiped the package (this was on august 20th) so i just wait... on spetember 15th i worry again cause still nothing on my mail, so i ask jason again and he says hes going to check it out and after two weeks on october 2 the realized that they didn't sent my package and that now they dont have gangsta package and if its ok to get 2 shirts instead.. im ok with that and he tells me that hes sending the package wihin a week and that it would take 4-6 weeks to get here but still haven't gotten anything......

thinking that the store was workin fine after the if3 i thougt that i could order some other stuff cause inow it wasall working so i ordered 2 movies from the store and pay 10 dollars for shipping and ask jason if he could sent it with faster shipping and i can pay the difference... so he tells me that he shipped them and get the email confirmation that they were shipped on november 10th but still no movies and i wanted to pay for the extra shipping but now i'm thinking that is not fast shipping...

what really bothers me is that i have bought some other stuff from the us for example, ec headwear stuff they charge me 10 dollars shipping and i get my stuff in 10 days...bought slamina from 4bi9media and they charge me 3 dollars for shipping and got it in a week and s on with other stuff...

so just wanted to share this with you and hopefully nobody else have to go through this cause its not fun, i probably lost my money... and i wouldn't care to comeback and tell you that i got my stuff and apologize but i dont see that happening

i didn't knew the stuff shipped from Canada, maybe thats why they take longer... i wrote this post with all the respect that Newschoolers and jason deserve cause i think ns is sick and i know jason and all you guys work really hard to make ns what it is, and jason has been reaaly helpfull about every question i have...maybe the movies will get here y really hope so and think so but what really made me think about it is what happend with my first order, after that you gotta wonder...

i didn't try to write this in a disrepectful way and just wanted to let my side of the story know to see if maybe i can get some help...the situation is just frustrating
 
Hey man! Like I said in our messages I shipped your order a while ago express, but Chile mail (or whatever your postal service is called) only has one option, which had it quoted at 10 business days from Canada (not including if it gets stuck at the border)

It ended up costing 50$ to ship by that way, but I figured we'd cover the costs since I dropped the ball on your first order. Send me a message on Monday when I'm at the office and I'll get you your tracking number, it should be arriving any day now though!

No worries! I would have done the same thing too.

The whole worldwide shipping is definitely a learning experience, as we are trying to find a good balance between cost efficiency and time, as snail-mail can take up to 6 weeks, while airmail/express is around 2 weeks but costs about 4 times more...

So yeah, we plan on implementing various shipping options for international orders very soon!
 
I ordered a lanyard that never made it but NS rectified it and then some. They're legit and I'm positive they're tryin their best to work out all the kinks
