REALLY crossed mute grabs

So i can reach the ski quite nicely for a mute grab but my skis are just crossed a little bit.

I want to tweak out my mutes to that "90 degree angle between skis" style.

Any tips on really crossing your skis on mutes?

tuck yourself up into a ball, and then you are gonna have to pull with your grab hand to crank it to the side, your feet wont naturally get that kind of angle with skis and boots on.

Cross the ski the same direction you rotate. ie: if you are rotating to the left, grab your right ski and cross it over the left ski

+ cross your feets as hard as you can + stretch your grab arm straight out to the nose + spin + thugzone stomp = Win

That's unnatural mute, and is more difficult. You cross against the spin. So if you spin to the right, you cross your right ski over the left one and grab it with your left hand.

raise and turn your leading foot opposite of spin direction... so if youre spinning to the left, your left ski is about shin height of your right leg while the right leg stays straight

Misleading title is misleading.

Just get the grab and really pull your ski over to get it where you want, brining your skis up more can get it a little easier some times. Practice it a bunch on strait airs first before you try on tricks.

It's actually quite easy.

All you have to do is bring the grab up to your hand and pull your ski until you feel a few pops in your knee. That's when you know it's tweaked out.
