Really cold feet

Is it just me or are this years 1080s really cold boots. Like, these things drop from a nice temp. to sub zero the moment you get outside. I had them pushed out withdwise incase it was restricting circulation, but they are still cold. I haven't been cold in any boot before (except in -40 weather) so... anyone got an explanation and/or solution?

Ya, but for the shitty box I'd crush in the first couple days. If that was sarcasm haha.

I dunno man I used to have cold feet constantly. then I just started wearing sock liners (smartwool) Just sockliners and nothing else, happily ever after. although somedays my feet still get cold it's not quite as bad or often

We pay our debt sometimes.

you can get neoprene cover for you boots. There are a few companies that make em. Bootglove is one of them I think. They work alot better than you think they would.

I like the sound of smartwool socks. I've been using Unimax or something like that so I'll look into that.

i have the same problem with the 1080's my feet after like 2 hours of riding start to feel really wierd, like ya know when your leg falls asleep or whatever thats what my feet feel like, i dont think there cold, i think that the boots r cuttin of circulation to my foot or sumthin i dunno its really weird. it feels like theres alot of presure on them and i have to take my boots off every couple of hours

drop clifs not bombs

^ Go to a competent bootfitter to have that looked at. You could have too much pressure on the nerve on the top of your foot from the 2nd buckle. i.e. your arch may be too high for the boot you're wearing.

Pleeease! If I get into Ski Canada, then I'll be able to get a sponsership, then my parents will stop bugging me about finishing school.

^good point, it only takes about 7 lbs of pressure to cut the circulation on your instep, which would make your feet cold.

life is too short to have any regrets
