this year was supposed to be my last year in ontario, then i would be going to film school out in BC close to the mountains where i would get to ski the best canada has to offer. i was super excited about it. a few months later i'm starting to realize that this probably won't happen. the cost of living is so high out there, even living on a campus. it's especially hard when no one in town will hire you (25 jobs turned down) and mommy and daddy won't give me a dime. i don't even think that i can ski this year- my skis are toast and all i have saved up for a pair is $100. Now i'm starting to realize why my friends always called me a bum. anyways sorry for wasting your time NS but it's late and there's no one to talk too. cheers...

but seriusly though u should just get a job in onterio and save up sum money then like find sum friend that lives in bc call him and ask him if he wants to split rent with u untill u get a job there or just keep looking for a job

come to think of it i need a job last job i had was at a paint shop and i got fired cuz i was playing with the mixer ne1 got ne ideas for a job i could get

If you really need to get to b.c., it will happen.

This is something I have realized. Although I'm still pretty young, it's become pretty apparent to me that if you spend all of your effort focusing on accomplishing a goal (in this case getting yo' ass to bcccccc), then it will go down. Be willing to sacrifice any and everything else if it's truly what you need to do.

The world has bizarre ways of working, but you will be where you need to be at all times, you just might not realize it.

d-loc, legitimate, low interest loans are first off not easy to get unless they are student loans. you also just can't, "get a loan" the bank wants to know what you'll be spending it on that's why people only get loans for things like houses, cars, boats, property etc. they are tangible concrete things the bank can reposses should you not pay your bills. you cant get a loan to go live in an apartment in bc, sorry, not happenning because it's high risk for the bank.

ok and didnt he jsut say he needs a loan for college since he is tranferring? and they dont just give you a yearly budget for ur school you will get like a $20,000 loan like my buddy did. that was for 1 year. so yo pay for school, books, activities, living and such. granted it is somtimes hard to get the loan but its alot easier if you need it for school purposes and shit, cuz we are the future so they need us in college and not working at MCD all ur life

you know how high the interest rates would be? in the double digits i bet, thats a shit load of money to pay back. try to bust your ass and work like 50 hours a week or some shit for a year or until you have enough money. taking out a loan is the worst idea ever, you never want to be in any sort of debt if you can avoid it, especially without any steady income. at a decent job, working crazy hours, you can make 20 grand in a few months and call it all your own.
