definitely gets boring. I just stopped laying cause it was the same old shit every time.

fuckin hell, hadn't played this for quite a while but picked it back up the last couple of days and damn i acquired such a good setup, too bad the game is full with scripters/cheaters that spawn on your position with ghillie suits, sniper rifles, machine guns whatever...
i almost got killed twice but luckily i had saved morphine and a lot of steaks to recover, also raided a tractor from a bandit that had a dmr and a m4 cco silenced which later in the game i switched for an akm because the akm packs a better punch and ammo is easy to find while silenced stanag mags are quite rare ....
so after having raided stary and the airfield with my dmr and having killed a dozen players, i'm up in a hunting shack, on my own checking out an mp5 that was there when suddenly a hacker spawns on me and starts hacking me down with an axe, needless to say i stood no chance in the little shack :/
until all these fucking scripters issue gets resolved i think i'll just stop playing it for a while, it's too damn annoying when you spend so much time rigging out your character and some cheating asshat that cant even play the game properly kills you and steals your gear ....

Its really sick, they coded in a bunch of stuff, such as thirst, don't regenerate health, must bandage your self and many other similarity's to dayz. You are easier to detect sprinting and jumping, and less if sneaking. The map is huge, like dayz there are scattered towns throughout, where there are chests you can loot, and players you can kill.
They gave items a bunch of different uses, you can use shears to heal other players, snowballs distract zombies, and so on. There are a bunch of different servers, and you character saves throughout them all.

The thread is back! Haha, I can defintitely understand people who are getting bored of this game. One way to spice it up is to get DayZ Commander and then download Lingor Island or Takistan. I've played Lingor and it is definitely fun, it's more PvP than Chernarus. There are wayyyyy more military loot spawns too, so getting a gun to defend yourself is easier.

Okay so what all do i need to buy? the arma 2 thing is what $30? and then do i have to buy the Combined Operations and DayZ or are those both free? and anything else i need?
