if your refffering to your bench press, and are going to be working regularily (3x+), you could possibly be looking in a fairly high gain. after your first month you make your biggest gains and can usually judge from there (and a serious month or two its safe to start creatine if your into it), but if your serious youll be looking at a 200lb press (no supplements).
