HAHAHA no hes not they sign a contract saing those cameras are allowed to and will film them any and at all times during the taping of the show. YOu cant ust say hey i need a break and as u can see from that episode they dont even give u one during tradegy.

And to whoever said this happens to tons of kids yes its true and the fact thats its splashed all over MTV is probly alot easier for them and i do feel just as bad for them as I do this Danny kid trust i went through it myself!
