I dont want any shit for saying this but dont you think that a company should make sturdy, safe, legit trampoline skis? I dont know about you guys but i think that would be sweet. you could make them as heavy as your real skis and they could come in different heights. Reply with thoughts..

^^^ Yea i know, ive tried that, cardboard, and foam wrap. nothing withstands the constant bending and moving.

You just have to do it properly. I got some foamy plasticy stuff that worked great. too bad trampoline skis aren't even fun.

i guess it could be a good idea..but i dont think a company would because they wouldnt make enoughb money with that product.. the number of ppl that will actually spend a good amount of money (probably same price as normal skis if not more because they have to be more solid) is a very small part of the population... so doupt that a company will go ahead and produce these,.. maybe on demand would be good..

sounds like a sick idea but..i bet the company wouldnt go through cause not many people would buy tham

cardboard...two thin metal rods.."length depends on your ski..." stick the two rods between the two pieces of cardoard..."cut to your ski length"... rap it all up in a lot of duct tape..then get some webbing and make a foot harnass and your good..we did it...it worked awesome..

for eveyone who says there skis didnt work out, what i did that worked was i got my old 05/06 chronics maybe 04/05 i dont know, and i put super super long socks over them, one on each side of the ski and i duct taped them together, and they worked for ever until i decided to take off the socks and i used as urbans, and then broke them.... :(

I think the best way to make a good pair would be to make some solid ski's without edges, and like 100 cm length. Then add weight to make them the same as a normal pair, and position the weight so that it has the same swing weight (rotational inertia). If you do it right you could have skis that would weight and swing the same, but would be much shorter and easier to use

^^ sounds a good idea but i'd be to scared that the tip of my ski is gonna come down and slice through the tramp. just get a long 'ski shaped' piece of cardboard and ducktape your shoes to it. lol if thats to flimsy, get 2 pieces for each foot! or just a thicker cardboard

alright, so you get some old kids skis (we found donald duck k2's like 95 cm in lenght) rip the edges out get rid of the bindings, Thenn you get some old shoes take out the footbed and put screws through the shoes into the ski replace the footbeds add padding if you feel like it and go enjoy...
