Real Skifi is the skiing equivalent of Scott Stevens. Everyone loves Scott Stevens so no one should hate real skifi
 
that was a funny video! how do people take it so seriously? snowboarders have always called skiing gay, especially when we're doing things they cant. its a funny video making fun of some of the most innovative skiers in the game. even if you dont like the style of the real skifi kids you gotta hand it to em for their creativity. yo beat is just having fun, just like the skifi kids are. im sure they think this videos hilarious
 
This fat fuck Joey Ciprari insulting real skifi, who are hilarious and fifty times more talented. Dudes like this are why snowboarders think skiers are "gay"--doing fucking 50-50s in the park with rap music and thinking they are so chill. If I saw this faggot landing his 180's all bad in my park I would make him take off his fucking stupid rocker skis and then I would beat him down with them. Come on up to New Hampshire, you twat. People from Lowell should be working in a textile mill, not skiing.
 
That parody of skifi was dumb as fuck. There was no humor to that YoBeat video at all. As for skiff, I do not like their style of skiing. I think it is innovative and creative, but it is not stylish at all. There is a total lack of style to their skiing. Its not just because they were super tight clothing, but the fact that they have no steez in their skiing. None of the tricks they do astonish me. Its just a bunch of shenanigans they come up with. In the words of the almighty Tanner Hall "This isn't rollerblading. This is REAL skiing. Real skiing on real mountains, on real snow, on real jumps, on real cliffs." Ski some mountains ya bitches.
 
Until now I literally had no clue there was anyone in the world that disliked Skifi.
 
If anyone has seen Mutiny, it was probably realskifi that beat the shit out of Joey, idk why anyone would hate on them, Especially Joey who can only hit staight unkinked handrails
 
No, I didn't. I'm not sure why Clayton is getting shit on. It seemed to me that he enjoys Skifi as much as the rest of us. Which is what causes my confusion.

Holy shit calm down. Their is no difference making fun of him because of his "thug" style then their is making fun of skifi's "creative" style. People need to calm down really. And the whole textile mill thing was completely irrelevant that was like 150 years ago.
 
Personally I am a fan of The Real Skifi. but if i wasnt dont think there is any need to make a video shitting all over them . at least their out there doin cool stuf and havin a good time. no need for hate.
 
i for one agree with joey,

We all must pledge to never enjoy ourselves while skiing. People need to understand that enjoyment isn't why skiing exists. skiing is all about PROgression, and getting taking seriously by the general action sports community. Everyone need to stop skiing anything but 7 kink closeouts and jumps more than 70 feet.

People wearing helmets or anything but the heshest flannels will be beaten down.

I plan on spending this season standing by the landings of jumps and rails pulling passes of anyone who smiles, hoots or high-fives their friends, as a matter of fact no more friends.

I sincerely hope that everyone reading this immideatley goes to the mirror practice mean mugging the camera and throwing stacks of bills around un-ironically.

Maybe once we progress our sport enough and everyone respects us we can think about having a good time.

skiing is SERIOUS and we need to start treating it that way

The point is, talented snowboarders would love stuff like real skifi, whereas they constantly make fun of people like Joey Ciprari. So my original point was about Joey, who said that things like real skifi make snowboarders think skiers are lame, when it is people like him that make skiers look bad.

man as unappealing as their skiing may look at times, it takes a fuckload of skill. much harder than dropping 20 feet to flat and doing a shifty 180
 
Love it. These guys are doing something creative and original and it's something they really enjoy doing. In every aspect of life there are going to be those people who push the limits and aren't completely understood by the community at large. But you need those people to create and inspire others and show whats possible.
 
their creativity alone is something to be valued but i really enjoy watching their edits all great skiers and with their creativity most of the stuff they do looks sick

Real Skifi hater are people who don't like evolution/progression in the sport and I guess those people are the ones who don't give a shit about skiing.
 
I honestly think that the real skifi guys are better urban skiers than stept...10000 times more innovative, and better balance on longer rails, with harder tricks. Risk factor is definitely higher with clayton and his crew, but that doesn't make them better skiers, and they certainly don't have any place talking shit about skifi
