Check out what kind of place you are building in aka if you have a hill (no drop in needed) or not (drop in necessary). The rail itself doesn't cost to make much, it's more the drop in that is a lot of $$ at least in my experience.
that is rediculous. why would you ever pay 2 grand for a dfd box and a drop ramp. My friend and i made both of those for our backyard setup for practically free. Go to a contruction site and go dumpster divin or find some wood lying around your house. Both are legit and are not ghetto at all. you sir wasted alot of money.
free. stole about 80 ft. of railing from an old school, then my dads friend welded it. then my dad got me wood from his work and pvc from his work. worddddddddd
That's ridiculous. You obviously don't know how to build shit. Thats probably 1/4 the cost of the wood for my deck that my dad built. And that shit has a fuck load of wood...
you can do it easily for like 250 300 if you try to use a design that doest use a ton of material. its really easy to overdo a summer set up just plan it out before and think about how much it will cost and how you can cut it down
well you can build a 10' long PVC rail which works perfectly fine for 20-30 bucks. i built a drop in for about 60 but when i make another im gonna use a lot less wood to make it lighter and collapsable .mine was so heavy.
coasted us about 45 bucks for a really legit rail, and another 30 bucks for astro turf. If you want a drop in, maybe another 50 max? We just spilt the price between 4 friends, so it costed us like 15 dollars each for a sick setup.
